he material of the needle is Medical grade SUS304,which have great stiffness, tenacity corrosion resistance. The production processes contains automatic-cutting,automatic grinding,laser welding etc. The final processes of acid cleaning&deactivation and electric chemical polishing,removed the burrs and brightened the appearance of the tube's inner&outer surface.
The disposable dental needle is used to clean a certain location in the dental operation. There are two kinds of tip design-single-side hole& double-side holes.
Single-side hole is to reduce the spraying pressure effectively comparing with the liquid spray out from the tip. Double-side holes can irrigate a certain location if revolved when cleaning.
The customized needle is available according to client special requirement. Normal size scope : OD:30G-16G (0.3mm - 1.6mm),length: 8-120mm.
